摘要 白介素 1 8(IL 1 8)为近几年发现的一种新的白介素类细胞因子 ,是一种重要的免疫调节因子。IL 1 8有增强免疫、抗肿瘤等作用。但是另一方面IL 1 8也与一些自身免疫性疾病、变态反应性疾病等密切相关。IL 1 8不论是在加强机体的免疫力方面 ,还是在许多疾病的治疗中都具有重要的基础研究及临床应用前景。现对近年来IL 1
