摘要 细胞外基质金属蛋白酶诱导因子 (EMMPRIN)广泛地存在于人类各种肿瘤细胞 ,刺激与肿瘤有关的成纤维细胞和肿瘤细胞自身的基质金属蛋白酶 (matrixmetalloproteinases,MMPs)合成增加 ,在恶性肿瘤的浸润和转移中起着重要的作用。
