金融缺口是我国中小企业技术创新发展的主要瓶颈之一 ,这一缺口的形成和存在 ,既有中小企业自身弱点和技术创新本身不确定性形成的风险等特征的影响 ,缺少一个有效的资本流动机制及其配套的制度安排也是一个十分重要的原因。对此 。
Shortage of capital formed the bottleneck problem of technological innovation of SMEs.
