摘要
首先 ,对制造企业如何根据内外环境识别与确定自身的竞争重点组成要素进行了探讨 ;其次 ,以A公司为例 ,对制造企业竞争重点组成要素的识别做了实证分析 ;最后 ,对竞争重点要素的指标做了量化处理 。
Firstly, the paper discusses the problems that manufacturing enterprises how to identify their competitive emphases factors according to inside and outside surroundings. Secondly, it makes empirical analysis on this by taking company A for example. Finally, it quantifies the indexes of competitive emphases factors, and this establishes foundation for setting qualified model on competitive emphasis's priority taxis.
