摘要
在分析传统能力概念不足的基础上 ,本文提出了有机能力的概念 ,并以此为基础 ,论证和分析个人能力同组织层面的能力整合机理与过程 。
After pointing out the deficiencies of traditional concept of competencies, this article puts forward the organic concept of competencies. Based on this concept, it illuminates and analyzes the integration mechanism and process with competences of organizational level.
