摘要 市场导向理论主要有三大研究内容 :哲学基础、内容及效果、不同环境下的应用与障碍。哲学基础是营销概念的发展、理论结构主要包括文化观与行为观、对企业绩效的作用受到市场环境的影响等 ,共同构成完整的体系。这些研究主要是围绕企业———下游顾客间关系进行的 ,需要进行扩展 。 There are mainly three components of market orientation theory: philosophy bases, contents and effects, practices under different environments and its obstacle which comprise the theory systematically. The core of the research is corporate-down-stream customer relationship. And we would extend it to other stakeholders such as employee and administration.
