Changes of electroretinogram in temporary traumatic ocular hypotention

摘要 目的 观察外伤性低眼压后视网膜电图 (ERG)的变化 ,探讨可能的改变机制。 方法 兔眼4 0只 ,伤前测量眼压后 2 0只实验眼制作外伤性低眼压的兔眼模型 ,2 0只对照眼行晶状体囊外摘除术 ,伤后分别于 2、4、8、16周测量眼压。进行暗适应 ERG检查。 结果 伤后 2周 ,实验组 ERG b波的振幅高于伤前 ,约为伤前的 2 .5倍 ,到伤后 16周下降至伤前 1.5倍。 结论 外伤性低眼压后 ERG b波振幅高于正常 ,可能与低眼压造成视网膜血液循环淤滞 ,代谢产物淤积有关。 Objective To observe the changes of electroretinogram(ERG) in temporary traumatic ocular hypotension and to detect the possible mechanism. Method The rabbit model with ocular hypotenstion was made. At the 2nd, 4th, 8th, 16th week after trauma, the ocular tension and ERG was examined. Result Amplitude of b wave in treated group was 2.5 times as high as that in the control at the 2nd week after trauma, and then decrease to 1.5 times as high as that in the control at the 16th week. Conclution Higher amplitude of b-wave of ERG in rabbit with ocular hypotension may be related to blood circulation congestion, which might lead to accumulation of the metabolic toxin.
