摘要
目的:研究杜仲的化学成分。方法:用硅胶柱色谱进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从中分离鉴定了表儿茶素(Ⅰ)、儿茶素(Ⅱ)、正二十八烷酸(Ⅲ)、二十四烷酸甘油酯(Ⅳ)、芦丁(Ⅴ)、绿原酸(Ⅵ)、咖啡酸(Ⅶ)。结论:化合物Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ为首次从杜仲皮中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents from Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. Methods: The chemical constituents were isolated and repeatedly purified on silica gel column. They were identified and structurally elucidated by means of physio-chemical constants and spectral analysis. Results: Seven compounds were obtained. They were(-)epicatechin(Ⅰ),catechin(Ⅱ), n-octacosanoic acid(Ⅲ), tetracosanoic-2, 3-dihydroxypropylester(Ⅳ), rutin(Ⅴ), chlorogenic acid(Ⅵ), and caffeic acid(Ⅶ), respectively. Conclusion: Four compounds(Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ, Ⅴ) were isolated from bark of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv for the first time.
