摘要 针对自闭/贯通线路的结构特点,文章提出了利用故障产生的电压行波信号测量短路和接地故障距离的新方法,解决了单独母线供电、中性点为不接地的系统,由于线路长、环境恶劣,单相接地故障频繁发生、故障位置不易查找的问题。 Railway self-closing / through connection line offers power source for signal equipment along railway line, which is neutral point unearthed and provided by individual bus. Because of long line and bad environment, the single-phase earthing fault occurs frequently, and the fault location cannot be easy to seek. The method of using the signal of traveling wave that fault produces to measure the fault location is already applied in power transmission lines successfully. To aim at the structural characteristics of self closing / through connection line, this paper suggests the new method of using the voltage signal of traveling wave that fault produces to measure the fault location in short circuit and earthing fault, which solve the crucial technology that is faced with in practice. This method has carried out artificial earthing test on site, and put into operation with good effect.
