摘要
油浸式电力变压器采用混合绝缘系统,它是在变压器的热绕组区域中采用芳族聚酰胺绝缘,并在线圈外部较冷的区域采用了标准牛皮纸绝缘,这样可以在提高磁通密度的同时提高电流密度。文章讨论了这些设计方式对绝缘系统包括固体绝缘和绝缘液体的影响,并且对绕组和油道进行了热分析。这种技术不仅提供较高的功率密度,而且还提高了整个绝缘系统包括液体绝缘的质量和寿命。另外,还评论了这种技术的应用实例,包括修理和更新老化或发生事故的变电站电力变压器。
The mix insulation system is adopted in oil immersed power transformer. The fragrant clan polyamide insulation is adopted in the hot winding area of transformer in this kind of system, and the standard insulation of brown paper is used in cold area of outside of coil, so the density of magnetic flux can be raised, and the current density can be also raised at the same time. Raising current density on certain extent signifies that copper winding will become hotter, the winding scope of temperature rise can reach 85 K-95 K, and the conventional scope of temperature rise is 55 K-65 K, so, the power density for identical capacity transformer can be raised-single capacity of increasing 50 % in average . This paper discusses the influence of the design mode on insulation system including solid insulation and insulation liquid, and carries out the heat analysis of winding and oil duct. This kind of technology can not only offer higher power density and can still raise the life and quality of entire insulation system including liquid insulation. Additionally, the application examples of technology including repairing and updating the substation power transformer that ages or occurs accident are reviewed.
