摘要
以提高淀粉得率和保留生理活性因子蒽醌含量为主要目标,进行单因素实验和多因素实验,探讨了pH、浸泡温度、料液比对何首乌淀粉抽提率和蒽醌保留量的影响。采用碱性水溶液浸泡,可以有效地提高何首乌淀粉的抽提率,也可使有效成分蒽醌类物质的保留量有较大提高。正交实验结果表明,何首乌淀粉的最佳生产工艺条件为:浸泡液pH为8.5,浸泡温度为25℃,料液比为1∶4。
Polygonum multiflorum Thunb has obvious medical values. In this paper, we take starch recovery and the content of anthracene quinoanthraquinone as main aims, after studying the technology conditions of pH value, immersion time and ratio of polygonum multiflorum Thunb to immersion solution, the new technology p arameters are investigated. By using alkaline water as an immersion solution, an effective way is developed to increase the yield of polygonum multiflorum Thunb starch and the content of anthraquinone in the starch product. By orthogonal ex periments, the optimum technology parameters are as follows: the pH value 8.5, t he temperature 25℃ and the ratio of polygonum multiflorum Thunb to immersion so lution is 1∶4.
