超声对原发性腹膜后脂肪瘤的诊断价值

The Value of ultrasonography in diagnosis of primary retroperitoneal lipomas

目的 探讨超声对原发性腹膜后脂肪瘤的诊断价值。方法 对 2 5例经手术病理证实的腹膜后脂肪瘤患者的超声声像图特征进行回顾性分析 ,以评价其诊断的准确率。结果 超声诊断正确 19例 ,诊断准确率为 76%。结论 超声对原发性腹膜后脂肪瘤的诊断有一定的价值。

Objective To evaluate the value of ultrasonography in diagnosing primary retroperitoneal lipomas. Methods Ultrasonography characteristics of 25 patients with primary retroperitoneal lipomas confirmed by operation and pathology were retrospectively analysed to evaluate its accuracy. Results Nineteen cases were diagnosed correctly and the accuracy rate was 76%. Conclusion Ultrasonography is useful in diagnosing retroperitoneal lipomas.
