高频彩色血流显像在乳腺疾病中的应用

Application of high frequency and color Doppler imaging in the breast disease

目的 探讨高频超声及彩色多普勒对乳腺疾病的诊断价值。方法 对 118例乳腺疾病进行二维及多普勒超声检查。结果 乳腺癌的血流检出率明显高于良性疾病 ,乳腺癌与良性乳腺疾病的RI有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 把二维特点、血流动力学改变和间接征象结合起来 。
