29例婴幼儿腮腺血管瘤手术治疗的临床分析

Clinical study of parotid gland hemangioma operation in 29 infants

目的 了解手术治疗婴幼儿腮腺血管瘤的临床价值。方法 收集 1990年 5月～ 2 0 0 1年 5月我科收治的 2 9例采用手术方法治疗的婴幼儿腮腺血管瘤 ,分析其手术时机的选择 ,术中注意事项 ,术后并发症的处理。结果 2 9例手术治疗的婴幼儿腮腺血管瘤全部治愈。经 1年以上随访 ,无 1例复发。术后发生并发症 12例 ,其中 11例经对症处理后于 12个月内恢复。结论 手术治疗婴幼儿腮腺血管瘤 ,因其治愈率高 ,不可逆的并发症少 (仅 1例 ) 。

Objective To study the clinical value of parotid gland hemangioma operation in infant.Methods To treat partid gland hemangioma by operation in 29 infants from 1990.5 to 2001.5,to study their suitable operable time, caution of operation and complication after operation.Results To investigate 29 infants after parotid gland hemangioma operation than one year, no one recur,there are complication in 12 cases, 11 casas renew in twelve months.Conclusion Parotid gland hemangioma operation has high cure rate and low permanent, so it has high clinical.
