产后血栓性静脉炎20例临床分析

Clinical analysis of Puerperium thrombophlebitis of 20 cases.

目的 探讨产后血栓性静脉炎的病因、防治措施。方法 对 1997年 1月至 2 0 0 0年 12月 2 0日产后血栓性静脉炎的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 产后血栓性静脉炎多发病于剖宫产术后 ,保守治疗均成功。结论 产后血栓性静脉炎重在预防 ,及时诊断。

Objective To investigate cause, prevention and management of puerperium thrombophlebitis.Methods The clinical data of 20 cases of puerperium thrombophlebitis from 1997 to 2000 were analyzed retrospectively.Results Cesarean section is the major cause resulting in puerperium thrombophlebitis, Non-operation therapy succeed throughly.Conclusion It's essential for clinician to prevent puerperium thrombophlebitis, It's important for clinician to diagnose and treat timely too.
