远端自锁肱骨交锁髓内钉治疗肱骨骨折

Treatment of humeral shaft fracture with intramedullary self-locking nail

目的 探讨远端自锁肱骨顺行交锁髓内钉治疗肱骨骨折的临床疗效。方法 用远端自锁肱骨顺行交锁髓内钉治疗肱骨骨折 7例 ,均扩髓及静力型固定。结果 7例随访 6～ 18个月 ,均愈合 ,肩关节功能按戴戎的肩关节功能评分标准 ,肩关节功能均达到 90分以上。结论 远端自锁肱骨顺行交锁髓内钉是治疗肱骨骨折的有效方法之一。

Objective This article reported the effect of treatment of humerak shaft fractures with intramedullary self-locking nail.Methords 7 Patients with humeral shsft fractures were treated byantegrade nail insertion with humeral intramedullary self-locking nail.All cases were treated with a reamed nail and static interlocking.Results 7 cases were followed up for 6 to 18 months,all fracture healed.The average Dai Kerong's score of shoulder were morn than 90.Conclusion The intramedullary self-locking nial is an effective treatment of humeral shaft fracture.
