重症急性胰腺炎非手术治疗(附53例报告)

Non-operative treatment of severe acute pancratitis

目的 :探讨分析重症急性胰腺炎非手术治疗的适应症及其疗效。方法 :回顾分析我院1994年 1月至 2 0 0 3年 12月收治的 5 3例重症急性胰腺炎非手术治疗患者的治疗情况。结果 :非手术治疗的治愈率 73.6 % ,并发症发生率 4 3.4 %。 (同期手术治疗的治愈率 6 0 .5 % ,并发症发生率 4 8.6 % )。结论 :重症急性胰腺炎有选择地采用非手术治疗 ,疗效满意。

Objective: To evaluate the indications and effect of non-operative treatment of severe acute pancreatitis.Methods: A retrospective study was carried out on 53 patients with severe acute pancreatitis who underwent conservative treatment from January 1994 to December 2003. Results: The healing rate of Non-operative treatment was 73.6% and the incidence of implication was 43.4% in conservative group, while the healing rate of operative treatment was 60.5% and the incidence of implication was 48.6% in operative treatment group .Conclusions:If Non-operative treatment adopted selectly in severe acute pancreatitis, The effect is satisfactory.
