注射毒品致假性股动脉瘤并感染手术前后护理

Attendance of the patients with femoral artery infected false aneurysm due to addictive drugs injection before or after operations

目的 :对 12例经股动脉注射毒品致假性动脉瘤并感染病人行手术治疗。方法 :术前做到防止瘤体破裂和做好感染灶护理 ,术后做好下肢功能锻炼、使用抗凝药物的护理及防止血栓形成 ,12例病人均治愈出院。结果与结论 :同时在新形势下 ,护士的工作除了熟练掌握急救技术和护理技术操作外 ,还要以人为本 ,运用整体护理知识对吸毒病人做好心理护理和健康教育 ,令吸毒病人和全人类抵制毒品 ,杜绝本病的再发生。

Objeetive: 12 cases with femoral artery infected false aneurysm due to addictive drugs injection were treated by operations.Method:we prevented the femoral artery infected false aneurysm breaking preoperations, helped the patients to take functional exercise of the wounded inferion limbs and used drugs to prevent solid blood and thrombosis postoperation ,12 cases were cured.Resalt and Conclusion:In the new situation ,in order to resist poison in the whole world and make the disease to disappear,the nurses must talk psychological attendance and healthy education with the patients by knowlege about entire attendance ,besides skillful know well the techniques of emergency treatment and attendance .
