离子对反相高效液相色谱法测定氢溴酸东莨菪碱注射液的含量

Determination of scopolamine hydrobromide injection by ion-pair RP-HPLC

目的 :建立离子对反相高效液相色谱法测定氢溴酸东莨菪碱注射液的含量。方法 :流动相为甲醇 2 0mmol/L庚烷磺酸钠溶液 冰醋酸 ( 5 0∶5 0∶2 ) ,流速 0 .9mL/min ,ZORBAXSB C18色谱柱 ( 4.6× 2 5 0mm ,5 μm) ,检测波长 2 2 5nm。 结果 :线性范围为 0 .1～ 0 .5mg/mL(r =0 9998) ,平均回收率为 10 1.15 % ,RSD为 1.5 8%。结论 :本法简便、快速 ,结果准确 。

Objective: To establish a method to determinate scopolamine hydrobromide injection by ion pair RP HPLC.Methods:The mobile phase of methanol 20mmol/L sodium heptanesulfonate solution acetic acid (50:50:2) and ZORBAX SB C 18 column (4.6×250mm,5μm)was used,the flow rate was 0.9mL/min and the detect wavelength was 225nm.Results:The linear range of scopolaminc hydrobromide was 0.1～0.5mg/mL(r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 100.15%,RSD was 1.58%.Conclusion:The method was simple,rapid and accurate. It can be used to control the quality of scopolamine hydrobromide injection.
