高效液相色谱法测定复方氨酚葡锌片中对乙酰氨基酚的含量

Determination of acetaminophen in compound paracetamol and zinc gluconate tablets by HPLC

目的 :建立高效液相色谱法测定复方氨酚葡锌片中对乙酰氨基酚的含量。方法 :采用Alltech C18柱 ,甲醇 水 ( 2 0 80 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 4 6nm。结果 :对乙酰氨基酚在 4～ 6 0 μg/mL范围呈线性 ,A =- 13496 .96 0 9+7830 2 .6 2 11C(r =0 .9999) ;平均回收率为 99.83% ,RSD为 0 .93% (n =6 )。结论 :高效液相色谱法测定复方氨酚葡锌片中对乙酰氨基酚的含量 ,方法准确。

Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determination of acetaminophen in compound paracetmol and zinc gluconate tablets. Methods:Alltech C 18 (4.6×250mm,5μm)column was used and the mobile phase consisted of methanol and water (2080). It was detected at 246nm. Results:Linearity was obtained in the concentration rage of 4 ～60μg/mL, A=-13 496.960 9+78 302.621 1C(r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 99.83%,RSD=0.93%(n=6). Conclusion:The method provide an accurate and sensitive way for the determination of acetaminophen in compound paracetmol and zinc gluconate tablets by HPLC.
