随着玻璃体手术技术日趋成熟 ,玻璃体替代物的问题逐渐显现出来 ,两者之间的矛盾就是科学技术发展不平衡的表现。一方面 ,我们用先进玻璃体切除技术治疗眼病 ,不断扩充手术的适应症 ,另一方面 ,却没有理想的玻璃体替代物 ,影响着手术的效果。提出了我们面对的挑战和亟待解决的问题 ,以及应采取的态度。

With the technique of vitrectomy gradually maturing, the problem of vitreous substitutes emerged by degrees, this is an evidence of unbalanced development of technology. On the one hand, we cure the eye diseases by the advanced technique and expand its adaptation unceasingly, on the other hand, it is without the ideal vitreous substitute after vitreous removal that influence the surgical effect. This is an attempt to put forward the challenge that we have to face tith and question that we have to resolve at first, and attitudes what we have to be forward this question.
