高等中医教育思想理念的改革

Ideological reforms of higher education of Chinese medicine

为了适应时代的要求和社会的发展,21世纪的高等中医药教育思想理念应有全新的特点。首先应实现几个转变:从功利主义教育思想向可持续发展的教育思想转变,从以“传承”为中心的教育思想向创新能力培养的教育思想转变,由应试教育思想向素质教育思想转变,由一次性教育向终身教育思想转变,由知识质量观向全面质量观的转变等。其次,确立新思想理念:一是现代中医教育思想理念,包括主体性、个性化特色,创新性特色,现代素质教育特色,终身教育特色;二是现代教学管理理念,以人本主义思想、主体化管理思想,建立教育管理的服务意识。

To meet the need of the times and development of the society, Chinese medicine educational concepts of the 21st century should contain new features. First, several transitions should be realized: from utilitarian concept to concept of sustainable development, from heritage-centered education to creativity nurturing, from examination-centered education to diathesis-centered education, from one time education to lifelong education, from concept of knowledge quality to concept of overall quality etc. Secondly, new concepts should be established: one is the modern educational concept of Chinese medicine, which includes features of the principal part and individual part, creativity, modern diathesis education, and lifelong education as well. The other is the concept of modern teaching administration, which means to construct people-oriented and service-oriented administrative thought.
