“长”是学生发展的优势资源 ,教育应促进学生个体优势发展 ,引导和激励学生发现和发挥自己所长 ,使学生在创新中扬长 ,在扬长中完善知识体系 ,形成特色 ,实现自身的社会价值和自我价值。为了有效地促进学生扬长发展 ,应采取因材施教与提倡自主学习相结合的教学策略 ,柔性化的教学管理措施 ,多样化与个性化相结合的课程设置 ,充分利用现代教育技术和管理技术实现优质教育资源共享。
The essence of education is to promote the development of students' merit and have them innovate and grow academically for the purpose of realizing the social value and their self value.
