高等教育的大规模发展带来了教育有利的一面 ,但同时高等院校的毕业生就业也越来越困难 ,甚至有人提出大学毕业就是失业。对这个问题不能一概而论 ,这涉及到高等教育的发展规模与速度的问题 ,是教育经济学中人力资本理论的一个理论问题。对此 ,本文从不同的理论出发 ,论述了高等教育规模与就业的关系 ,在对理论进行分析与评价的基础上 ,对我国的扩招与就业的问题进行了具体的论述。

While bringing about positive influence on education in general, the fast growth of higher education is also making it increasingly difficult for university graduates to find suitable employment. This is a matter having to do with the size and speed of the development of higher education and a problem in human capital theory. Some relevant discussion is featured in this regard.
