摘要
高等学校的国有资产管理越来越不适应学校发展的需要 ,在产权管理、实物管理、国有资产的安全、完整等诸方面都存在不少问题。针对存在的问题 ,可以从管理体制、内控体系的构建、产权创新、建立固定资产折旧制度等方面寻找解决方法。
As there exist many problems in management of property rights, management of material objects and management of state owned capital, the current mode of the management of state owned property is not compatible with the development of the university. Therefore, efforts are made to search for solutions from the perspectives of management system, restructuring of internal control system, innovation of property rights and establishment of depreciation system of fixed assets.
