现代企业竞争内容、竞争方式等发生了变化 ,对财务分析人才应具备的能力要求也提出了挑战。为满足企业对财务分析人才的需要 ,应改革传统的教学模式 ,将案例教学、启发式教学以及新的考核方式运用到财务分析的教学中。

As many changes have taken place in competition among enterprises in terms of form and content, there emerge new challenges to the capability of personnel of financial analysis. In order to meet the requirements of the enterprises, it is necessary to innovate the traditional mode of teaching by introducing into the course case studies, elicitation method and new forms of test.
