摘要
研究参附注射液在胃癌术前介入化疗中的作用 ,将 87例进展期胃癌患者分成两组。分别检测T细胞亚群、白细胞总数及淋巴细胞数量等。结果 :参附组对CD3 、CD4,CD4/CD8的提高作用显著高于化疗组 ,且能保持白细胞及淋巴细胞的数量。提示参附注射液可增强胃癌术前介入化疗的患者的细胞免疫功能。
To study the effects of 'Shenfu Injection' on the interference of chemotherapy preceding gastric surgery, 87 cases were divided into two groups and the T lymphocyte subpopulation, total white blood cell and lymphocyte were measured. Results: In treatment group, CD 3, CD 4 and CD 4/CD 8 rose more significantly than those in control group, and the white blood cell and lymphocyte remained stable in number. It is indicated that 'Shenfu Injection' can boost the immunity.
