Let R be a radical property,A be a ring,I be a ideal of A,denote I /I=R(A/I),some properties of radical property were studied and the following open problem proposed by F.A.SZASZ:which radical has the property I 1+I 2 = I 1+ I 2,and obtain a corollary,was solved.
