摘要
三峡永久船闸直立墙高68.5m,成型开挖是三峡工程的几个技术难题之一,武警水电部队提出的预留保护层,首层保护层采用潜孔钻光面爆破与以下各层保护层采用手风钻钻孔、小梯段光面爆破相结合的爆破方案,对这一技术难题的解决起了至关重要的作用。经开挖爆破后检查,直立墙边坡平整,除地质缺陷部位因塌方而引起超挖外,直立墙超欠挖控制在设计要求内。针对永久船闸直立墙成型开挖的特点,对这一爆破技术作了简单的介绍。
The height of vertical wall of TGP's permanent shiplock is 68.5m and the shaping excavation is one of several difficult technical issues. The Armed Police Hydropower Engineering Troops suggested its blasting scheme, i.e , the protective layer is preserved, the undermining smooth blasting is used for the first protective layer and the blasting method of hole drilling by hand pneumatic drill and small staged-smooth-blasting is used for the other underlayers. The blasting scheme played important role in solving of these difficult technical issues. Through examination after blasting excavation, except the excess-excavated parts caused by geologic collapse, the excess-and-insufficient excavation of the vertical wall was controlled in the scope of design requirement. In the light of the shaping excavation characteristics of the shiplock's vertical wall, this blasting technology is introduced briefly.
