摘要
我国目前大量的泵站在国民经济中承担着农业抽水灌溉、城市供水排水等任务,发挥着巨大的作用。目前大部分泵站自动化水平低,设备运行安全问题较突出,运行管理和技术分析受技术条件限制较大,借助计算机技术对泵站进行监控为泵站的安全、经济运行提供强有力的保障,并为事故分析提供坚实的资料基础。在经过一定的调研和分析的情况下,结合我国泵站的实际,提出了泵站计算机监控的方案及功能要求,结合工程实际开发了一套经济实用、技术先进的泵站计算机监控系统,并介绍了应用案例。
A large number of pump stations undertake the tasks of agriculture pumping irrigation, urban water supply and drainage and play the important role in the national economy of China. At present, the automation level of most pump stations is low and the safe operation problem of equipment is prominent, the operation-management and technologic analysis are considerably limited by technologic condition. The pump station monitoring by computer technology can provide powerful guarantee for the safe and economic operation of pump station and solid data base for accident analysis. Through investigation and analysis and in the combination of practical condition of the pump station in China, the computer monitoring scheme and function requirements of pump station are presented. In the light of engineering practice, an economic and practical pump station computer monitoring system with advanced technology was developed and a practical case is introduced.
