摘要
分析了既有水工钢闸门的损伤形式和损伤特点 ,通过合理分配目标权重和专家评估意见权重 ,综合评价水工钢闸门的运行状态 ,并以此建立了水工钢闸门的模糊评判准则和维修策略。
The damage forms and features of the existing hydraulic steel sluices are analyzed. Through rational allocation of the weightings for the objectives and the assessments of experts, the operation situations of existing hydraulic steel sluices are evaluated comprehensively, and the fuzzy assessment criteria and maintenance strategies are established.
