4种市售盐酸洛美沙星片剂体外溶出度的比较

Study on the dissolution rate of lomefloxacin hydrochloride tablets in vitro

目的 通过测定 4种市售盐酸洛美沙星片剂的溶出度 ,来考察产品质量。方法 按中国药典 2 0 0 0年版采用紫外分光光度法测定盐酸洛美沙星片剂溶出度。结果 4种市售盐酸洛美沙星片剂均符合中国药典 2 0 0 0年版标准 ,30min溶出 80 %以上。结论 为保证临床用药安全有效 。

AIM To determine the dissolution of lomefloxacin hydrochloride tablets from 4 demestic plants.METHODS The dissolution were acquired according to Chinese pharmacopeia(2000)with UV spectrophotometry in vitro.RESULTS The results indicated that all the samples were dissolved in 30 minutes and dissolution rate were over 80%.CONCLUSION It is necessary to control the dissolution of lomefloxacin hydrochloride tablets.
