Improved synthesis of nikethamide

菸酸与二乙胺、三氯氧磷作用 ,再经氢氧化钠中和 ,加入纯碱使反应液中的产品与水分层 ,取代有机溶剂萃取工艺 ,简化了操作 。

Nikethamide was synthesized from nicotinic acid by reactions with diethyl amine, phosphoric oxychloride and sodium hydroxide. Instead of extracted by organic solvents, sodium carbonate was used to separate the product and water, thus the following press was simpler and the cost was lower.
