氨磷汀在化疗中细胞保护作用的观察

Cell-protection effects of Amifostine for chemotherapy

目的 探讨Amifostine在肿瘤患者化疗中的细胞保护作用。方法 对 2 0例既往化疗前有Ⅰ°～Ⅳ°度血液学、肾脏、肝脏毒性的患者化疗前应用Amifostine。结果 入组病人化疗前用amifostine与未用amifostine的血液学毒性、肾脏毒性的差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。

AIM To investigate cytoprotection effects of Amifostin for patients received chemotherapy. METHODS Use Amifostine before chemotherapy on patients who had Ⅰ°～Ⅳ° hematological toxicity or nephrotoxicity or hepatotoxicity. RESULTS Patients use or not use Amifostine before chemotherapy have significant difference ( P <0 05)in hematological toxicity and nephrotoxicity. CONCLUSION Amifostine which can be used before chemotherapy has the cytoprotective effects of healthy tissue
