摘要
[目的 ]评估在体外受精胚胎移植(IVF -ET)治疗过程中焦虑情绪对治疗结果的影响。 [方法 ]采用焦虑状态 /特性询问表对 5 2例不孕妇女在取卵前晚进行焦虑状态的调查分析 ,并在治疗后 14d按血绒毛膜促性腺激素 (HCG)值分为成功组和失败组 ,比较两组妇女焦虑状态分值的高低与IVF -ET治疗结果的相关性。结果 :在IVF治疗过程中 ,成功组和失败组的焦虑特性差异无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,而焦虑状态的分值比较 ,失败组明显高于成功组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :在辅助生育治疗过程中减少应激原 ,降低焦虑情绪 ,可提高治疗的成功率。
Objective: to assess the influence of anxiety on therapeutic influence of in vitro fertilization embryo transplantation (IVF-ET). Method: a total 52 women with dysgenesis was investigated on anxiety by filling out Anxiety Condition/Character Inquisition questionnaire the night before collecting ovum,and divided into success group and failure group according to their blood HCG value on the 14th days after therapy. Then comparing the scores of anxiety in the two groups,and the correlation with IVF-ET therapy. Result: There was no difference in terms of anxiety characters between the two groups during IVF-ET therapy (P>0.05). However,the score of anxiety in failure group was remarkably higher than that in success group (P<0.01). Conclusion: to reduce stressors and anxiety mood in the course of assistant procreation can raise the success rate of IVF-ET therapy.
