摘要
针对邯郸市防汛抗旱调度管理信息系统,提出了系统数据库的设计与实现技术,通过实例验证该技术有效.
To meet the need of working out a management information system of flood & drought control in Handan,it is discussed how to establish & carry out an available database.Tested by the example,it is effective.
