种曲培养是一个连续的生产过程,实现自动化的全过程控制,可以大大地降低劳动强度,更可靠地实现工艺要求,对此问题,该文阐述了种曲培养机的工作原理及生产参数控制,对为贴近生产实际的控制系统和控制模式进行了设计探讨和研究。
The distiller's yeast cultivation is a continuous production procedure. A whole automatic procedure can lower the working intension and more dependably attain the craft requirement. The paper introduces the working principle and the production-parameter control of the distiller's yeast cultivation machine, and makes a detailed description to the research and design of the practical control system and control mode.
