摘要
该文介绍了一种快捷、可靠的测定啤酒中双乙酰含量的分析法。与EBC分析法一样,这种新的测定法也是以光谱估计测定法为基础,通过对这2种方法的比较得出。在改进方法中得到的数据证明其速度和精确度比EBC分析法有了较大的改进。
A rapid and reliable analytical method for the detection of diacetyl and other vicinal Diketones in beer was described. Like analytical EBC, the new assay was based on the spectrophotometric estimation of 2,3-dialkylquinoxalines. Both speediness and accuracy found in the modified method showed a notable improvement compared with the EBC method. The modified method is recommended for quality control on the basis of its speed and accuracy.
