Dryocrassine was isolated from the Dryopteris crassirhizoma. 1D and 2D NMR (~1H-~1H COSY, HMQC, HMBC) methods, among which the HMBC method was the most important, were used to elucidate the structure of Dryocrassine. The (^(13)C chemical) shifts of the compound were assigned.
