The prevention and treatment of senile coronary heart disease(CHD)is always neglected because of the atypical symptoms.This article emphasizes synthetical understanding senile CHD from the biological,psychological and social facˉtors,and adopts corresponding integrated prevention and cure measures.Under the guidance of multiple discipline theory of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine and according to its etiologic causes of this disease,corresponding preˉvention and treatment should be adopted.
