摘要
目的 观察施慧达 (苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平 )治疗轻、中度高血压的疗效。方法 用施慧达治疗 31例轻、中度高血压 ,并与络活喜治疗 2 6例轻、中度高血压进行对照。结果 施慧达治疗轻、中度高血压的总有效率为83.7% ,络活喜的总有效率为 84 .6 % ,P >0 .0 5 ,无显著性差异。结论 施慧达是高效、安全的抗高血压药。
Objective To observe the efficacy of shihuida in treating 1grade/2grade hypertension.Methods 57 patients of 1grade/2grade hypertension were randomly divided into 2 groups,31 patients of treatment group were treated with shihuida,and 26 patients of control group were treated with norvasc.Results The efficacy rates of treatment group were 83.7%,the efficacy rates of control group were 84.6%.P>0.05,threre was no significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion Shihuida is efficacious and safe in treating hypertension.
