摘要
采用气?液逆流方式对苯乙烯-二乙烯基苯共聚物担载金属铂(Pt-SDB)疏水催化剂应用于HD(g)/H2O(l)体系的氢同位素交换进行了实验室规模的中试实验研究;;对该实验系统和Pt-SDB的催化性能作出了评价;;得出了Pt-SDB的总体积传质系数Kya值和各种工艺条件。实验结果表明:当氢气流速为0.2m/s、温度为65℃时;;Pt-SDB与亲水性金属填料按1∶4的体积比混合装柱的Kya平均值达到41.5mol·m?·s?。
Catalytic activities of the Pt-SDB hydrophobic catalyst for the HD(g)-H2O(l) isotopic exchange reaction were evaluated on a pilot-test system, which was constructed to demonstrate the performance of the liquid phase catalytic exchange (LPCE) process at the INPC, CAEP. It was found that the pilot demonstration system was versatile in use and convenient in process control. Experimental results have shown that, when packed with hydrophilic metallic packing in a ratio of 1/4 (V/V), the Pt-SDB catalyst exhibits high activities with a Kya mean value of 41.5 mol·m? ·s? at the temperature of 65 ℃ and the hydrogen gas flow rate of 0.2 m/s. 3 1
