摘要
目的 研究抛秧草净、金达和好轻松三种新型除草剂杀灭钉螺的效果。 方法 采用室内浸杀法 ,对三种除草剂的杀螺效果进行观察。 结果 抛秧草净浸泡钉螺 48h和 72h后的LC50 分别为 2 .73mg/L和 1.72mg/L ;金达浸泡钉螺 48h和 72h后的LC50 分别为 3 .94mg/L和 3 .2 2mg/L ;好轻松浸泡钉螺 48h和 72h后的LC50 分别为 12 .63mg/L和 6.5mg/L。 结论 三种除草剂对钉螺均具有较强的杀灭作用 ,为寻找新型有效的杀螺剂开辟了一条新途径。
Objective To understand the molluscicidal effects of three kinds of new herbicide, Paoyangcaojing, Jinda and Haoqingsong on Oncomelania hupensis. Methods Observations were carried out on molluscicidal effect of three kinds of herbicide by using indoor immersion method. Results The LC 50 of Paoyangcaojing leaves on snails was 2.73 mg/L after snails were exposed to it for 48 hours, and 1.72mg/L after exposure for 72 hours, respectively. The LC 50 of the Jinda leaves was 3.94mg/L for 48 hours and 3.22mg/L for 72 hours after snails were exposed to it. The LC 50 of Haoqingsong was 12.63mg/L for 48 hours and 6.5mg/L for 72 hours after exposure, respectively. Conclusion Three kinds of herbicide have the strong molluscicidal effect on O.hupensis, and find out a new way for getting new effective molluscicide.
