复方茶多酚含漱液治疗少儿牙龈炎的研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的 观察复方茶多酚含漱液对少儿牙龈炎的治疗效果。 方法 随机抽取 180例 8~ 10岁少儿牙龈炎患者 ,分成三组 ,分别使用复方茶多酚含漱液、洗必泰含漱液、空白含漱液含漱 ,每日 3次 ,每次 3min ,7d为一疗程。治疗前后检查患者的牙龈指数 (GI) ,菌斑指数 (PLI)和龈沟出血指数 (SBI)。 结果 试验组、洗必泰组、对照组的有效率分别是96 67%、91 67% ,5 0 %。 结论 复方茶多酚含漱液是治疗和预防少儿牙龈炎较为理想的药品。 Obijective To observe the effects of Compound tea polyphenols oral rinse in treatment of gingivitis in children. Methods 180 cases of gingivitis (8-10 years ) were divided into three groups at random. Compound tea polyphenols oral rinse was applied to 60 patients of the experimental group, chlorhexidine acetate solution to 60 patients of control group I, and used as mouthwashes for 7 days and 3 times each day. Gingival index(GI), plaque index(PLI) and sulcus bleeding index(SBI) were measured before and after treatment. Results The effective rate (%) of the experimental group, control group I and control group Ⅱ were 96.67%, 91.67%,50% respectively. Conclusion The compound tea polyphenols oral rinse is effective in treatment of children's gingivitis.
