超短波加紫外线治疗结节囊肿性痤疮的临床疗效

The Clinical Curative Effect of Ultrashort Wave and Ultraviolet Therapy in Patients with Acne Indurate Cystica.

目的 评价超短波加紫外线治疗结节囊肿性痤疮的疗效。 方法 79例结节囊肿性痤疮患者分为 2组。对照组 2 9例采用外涂药物治疗 ,观察组 5 0例采用超短波加紫外线照射治疗 ,1月后 2组进行疗效比较。 结果 观察组和对照组治愈率分别为 86%和 17.2 % ,治愈天数分别为 ( 16.6± 2 .7)d ,( 2 6.8± 2 .5 )d ,两组间比较差异均有显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。 结论 超短波加紫外线治疗结节囊肿性痤疮疗效满意且无副作用。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of ultrashort wave therapy and ultraviolet radiation in treatment of patients with acne indurate cystica . Methods A group of patients (29 cases) were selected to apply drug on the acne,the other group (50 cases)was selected to be treated with ultrashort wave therapy and ultraviolet radiation. The treatment lasted for 1 month. The Clinical effect was evaluated. Results The cure rate of observer was 86%,the collator was 17.2%. The cure time was respectively 16.6±2.7d and 26.8±2.5d. There were obvious difference between the two groups.(P<0.01) Conclusion Ultrashort wave and ultraviolet therapy is effective in treatment of acne indurate cystica,and there was no side effect in the treatment.
