摘要
目的 寻找能够同时测定饮料中多种添加剂的检测方法。 方法 采用高效液相色谱法作为分离和检测的手段。 结果 建立了同时测定苯甲酸、山梨酸、糖精钠、柠檬黄、苋菜红、胭脂红、日落黄和咖啡因八种添加剂的高效液相色谱法 ,并应用于饮料样品的分析。 结论 该方法简便、快速 ,9min即可完成对一种样品中八种添加剂的检测。
Objective To study the optimum conditions for simultaneous determination of additives in drink. Method Use high performance liquid chromatography as a way of separation and detection. Result A high performance liquid chromatography method was developed to determine benzoic acid, sorbic acid, saccharin sodium, lemon yellow, amaranth, carmine, sunset yellow and caffeine, and was applied to drink samples. Conclusion This method was simple, fast, accurate and precise. One analysis can be completed in 9 minutes.
