摘要
目的 了解护生的心理健康状况。 方法 采用精神症状自评量表 (SCL -90 )对 3 48名护生进行测量 ,分别与全国青年常模修订 (常模组 )比较 ,并对各年级护生进行比较。 结果 SCL -90各因子项得分 ,护生组较常模组高 ,有显著性差异 (P≤ 0 .0 5 )。主要心理问题为抑郁、人际关系敏感、强迫、焦虑。 结论 护生心理健康状况较差 ,应加强其心理健康教育和应对技能训练 ,完善社会支持系统。
Objective To investigate the mental heath of nurse students. Methods A total of 348 nurse students were assessed by symptom check-90(SCL-90). Result Comparing with normal sample,nurse students' SCL-90 scored higher on depression, communication obsessive bess and anxiety. Conclusion Nurse students showed a higher level of mental health problem. They should accept the education of mental health and practice their skills of dealing with things. A Social support systen must be perfected.
