摘要
本文用气相色谱、气相色谱-质谱-计算机、红外光谱等方法研究了德兴牡荆挥发油的化学成份。在已分析的116个成份中鉴定了其中的26个化合物,占总含量的96.53%。它们是:α-蒎烯,莰烯,桧烯,β-蒎烯,α-水芹烯,对-伞花烃,1,8-桉叶油素,β-水芹烯,芳樟醇,橙花醛,香叶醛,乙酸龙脑酯,β-榄香烯,β-石竹烯,α-和β-愈创木烯,δ-及α-榄香烯,β-金合欢烯,环氧石竹烯,橙花叔醇,石竹烯醇-1,金合欢醇,β-桉叶油醇,β-甜没药醇以及柏术脑。其中β-石竹烯含量达39.55%。
Chemical constituents of the essential oil from the Vitex negundo L. var. cannabifolia (Sieb. et Zucc.) Hand. -Mazz. analyzed by the aid of PGC, GC/MS/DS, IR and other methods are reported, 26 components have been identified. They are α-pinene, camphene, sabinene, β-pinene, α-phellandrene, ρ-cymene , 1 ,8-cineole, β-phellandrene, linalool, neral, geranial, bornyl acetate, β-elemene , β-caryophyllene , α-giiaiene, β-guaiene, δ-elemene, α-elemene, β-farnesene, caryophyllene epoxide, neroli-dol, caryophyllenol-1, farnesol, β-eudesmol, β-bisabolol, cedrol etc. . The total content of the above 26 compounds is 96.53% of the essential oil, in which β-caryophyllene amounts to 39.55%.
