摘要
目的 分析 6例原发性非霍奇金肌肉淋巴瘤的CT、MRI表现特点 ,提高对本病的认识。方法 回顾分析经病理学证实的 6例原发性非霍奇金肌肉淋巴瘤病人的CT、MRI和病理资料 ,均行CT和MRI平扫及增强扫描。结果 1例为单块肌肉受累 ,5例为多块相邻肌肉受累。CT平扫及MRIT1WI信号与周围正常肌肉相似 ,T2WI高于肌肉信号 ,且内部信号轻度不均匀 ;CT、MRI增强扫描显示病变密度或信号高于正常肌肉。病变肌肉呈弥漫性增大 ,累及整块肌肉。结论 原发骨骼肌非霍奇金淋巴瘤CT和MRI表现为肌肉弥漫性膨胀 ,密度或信号均匀 ,于CT和MRITIWI上与肌肉呈等密度或信号 ,MRIT2WI上呈高信号。增强扫描呈弥漫性均匀强化。
Objective To study CT and MRI manifestation of 6 primary non Hodgkin lymphoma and achieve more information about the disease. Methods CT?MRI and pathological materials of 6 cases of primary non Hodgkin lymphomas confirmed pathologically were retrospectively analysed. CT and MRI examination included pre and post contrast scan. Results A single muscle involvement was seen in one case while coexisting involvement of multiple muscles which were continuous with each other were seen in other 5 cases. The lesions density of CT were similar to that of normal muscles in pre contrast scan. The lesions signal of MRI T1WI were similar to that of normal muscles,but much higher in T2WI,which were mild inhomogeneous. On enhanced CT and MRI scan,the lesions density and intensity were higher than that of normal muscles. The involved muscles presented diffuse enlargement, and no spare parts. Conclusion Muscular lymphoma resulted in bulky expansion of the involved muscle, homogeneously isointense to skeletal muscle on CT and MRT1 weighted images, homogeneously hyperintense to skeletal muscle on MR T2 weighted images and diffusely enhancing after intravenous administration of contrast.
