颅内动脉瘤数字减影造影诊断的临床应用(附81例病例分析) 被引量:4

摘要 目的 评价数字减影血管造影术 (DSA)诊断颅内动脉瘤的临床价值。方法  81例动脉瘤患者行双侧颈内动脉及椎动脉选择性DSA造影 ,男 40例 ,女 41例 ,年龄分布 18~ 66岁 ,平均年龄 5 6.5岁 ,评价动脉瘤的颈部、大小及与邻近血管的关系。结果  81例患者检出颅内动脉瘤 93个 ,其中 69例单发动脉瘤 ,12例多发动脉瘤患者检出 2 4个动脉瘤 ,大型动脉瘤 11个。 Objective To evaluate DSA in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms. Methods Eighty one patients with intracranial aneurysms were performed DSA of the standard bilateral internal carotid and vertebral arteries to delineate aneurysm neck, shape, and relationship with adjacent arteries. Results Total 93 aneurysms were demonstrated by DSA in 81 patients,69 cases with single aneurysm,12 cases with multiple aneurysms, 11 giant aneurysms. Conclusion DSA is an accurate methods for the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms.
